Project Controls Lead
Todd Wilson is the lead of Project Controls at Martin Specialty Coatings, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are planned, monitored, and executed with precision. In this capacity, Todd initiates project planning, develops essential documentation to guide project teams, and tracks performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. He also collaborates with the business development team on project estimates and supports the company’s IT systems to strengthen operational efficiency. Todd joined Martin Specialty Coatings in 2021, driven by his passion for improving the built environment and contributing to quality construction outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, restoring items, camping, and playing the guitar—pursuits that reflect his creativity and lifelong commitment to learning.
