Greg Martin is the Chief Operating Officer at Martin Specialty Coatings, where he oversees operations and drives excellence across the company’s service lines. A third-generation leader in the family-owned business, Greg began his career with Martin Specialty Coatings at the age of 15 and has held numerous roles throughout the organization—from laborer to executive—giving him deep firsthand experience in the company’s operations and culture. He is committed to servant leadership, supporting teams at all levels to deliver high-quality work and continuous improvement. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston and brings extensive expertise in specialty coatings applications to his leadership role. As COO, he is focused on sustaining the company’s legacy while training and empowering the next generation of industry professionals.
